A new Constitution is in place and has been approved by the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR). 

A draft copy shall be sent to Branch Secretaries, Area Secretaries & the Board of Management (NEC) in due course for your information. 

Please note that the ratification of new Rules (formerly Bye-Laws) will take place in February 2010.
